Creative Director at Groveflow (2012-)
Working as a self employed designer have been a part of my businesses since I left design school, Back in 2011-2012 I got so much new orders so I decided to start a business assisting companies and organizations  with their Brand Managament, Corporate Identity, Marketing, Graphical Design and Illustrations. 2017 the brand Groveflow was registered at the Swedish Patent and Trademark Office.
Co Founder & Design Director at Penny AR Glasses  (2005-2019)
My time at Penny was very educating. Everything started 1996 when i met a paralyzed teenager girl that had broken her neck in a diving accident. I got the idea of a headframe that combined two inventions, a direct retina projection system and a muscle tension sensor could replace a computer screen and a mouse. It was an advanced innovation process and it took med eight years before I could apply for my patents and three more years before the first fully working prototype was presented at Mobile World Congress in Barcelona (2008). With a field of View of 47 degrees, See through graphics based on OLED technology,  a battery lifttime of 16 hours, only 65 grams, and hands free our glasses still is one of the most impressive.
Being an early bird in a complete business segment create more hurdles to cross than a startup refining an existing idea has to cross.

For CMS I focused on working tight with technichians at different radio broadcast stations in a UX design process and then developed a new modern real time radio and TV broadcast software for professionals; BMS Radio Station Family.  My role was also to create the new brand CMS and make it well known in the broadcast industry.
